Environmental Policy:
SiGe is committed to play our part in preserving the environment for healthy future generations. Today, all our products are lead (Pb)-free and RoHS compliant. In the absence of a consistent and comprehensive industry standard to manage the use of other proven and potential hazardous materials, SiGe is taking a precautionary, proactive and progressive approach to voluntarily replace or limit such materials. The next step in our evolving environmental initiative is to make our products free from selected halogens, antimony trioxide and red phosphorus.
Restriction of Hazardous Substances - Compliance Strategy
All SiGe products are lead (Pb)-free and RoHS compliant. If the part number ends with the suffix "L" it is packaged in a QFN (Quad Flat No-Lead) package and the Statement of RoHS compliance is QFN RoHS. If there is an "A" in the suffix of the part number, then it is packaged in a LGA (Land Grid Aray) package and the Statement of RoHS Compliance is LGA RoHS.
