SiGe Semiconductor Expands US Operations Near Boston

SiGe Semiconductor, a leading global supplier of radio frequency (RF) solutions for wireless systems, today relocated its Methuen operations to a larger facility in Andover. The office is located at 200 Brickstone Square, suite 203, where SiGe will occupy a newly renovated area of 12,500 square feet. The facility will house the company’s executive team, as well as research and development programs for RF front-end modules, which enable wireless capability in computing, consumer and mobile applications.
